Moving Minecraft server from windows to unraid

I have two Minecraft Java servers that I run on my main pc for me and my friends to play on. I have recently gotten my hand on a pc that I want to use as a sever for file storage and to run said Minecraft servers, but I don’t know how or if I can import the Minecraft servers to unraid. I was thinking of using windows 10 on the pc instead of unraid purely for the sake of running the servers. Does anyone know how I can make the Minecraft servers from windows work on unraid? Thanks in advance
