Internet working, but server getting connection error

Featured Replies

The past few days I noticed that some of my docker containers and plugins were showing "not available" under their status, I hadn't had time to look into it until now but I'm realizing my server seems to be completely unable to access unRAID's servers. There's a constant error in the top right that says "getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND mothership.unraid.net". I tried checking for updates for both my docker containers and plugins, the containers will sometimes show updates but the plugin update check always shows "Checking connectivity ... No response, aborting!". Tried updating too (currently on 6.12.8) and it says up-to-date, but when I click "more options" and go to the link that shows my server version on account.unraid.net, it allows me to start the update, but the update fails when "plugin: downloading: unRAIDServer.plg ..." ends in "plugin: unRAIDServer.plg download failure: Network failure". Anyway I'm just really confused why it's unable to access unRAID servers since everything else internet-wise seems to work fine.

I'll attach diagnostics, I also want to note that I've checked my router's firewall live view and it doesn't seem to be blocking any connections from the server, or any in general at the time of checking updates.
