Organizr docker does not install

I'm hoping someone can guide me as I have tried everything I can think of.  

My whole system is running perfectly, and I can install other plugins and dockers just fine, I just can't install OrganizrV2. 

I have installed the 'Cleanup Appdata' and 'Fix Common Problems' plugins and gone through those settings and suggestions to try and remedy the issue but still can't get this Organizr docker installed. 

It was installed and working but then something went wrong so I uninstalled it with the idea to reinstall and set up from scratch, but now I can1158137137_Organizrinstallfail.thumb.png.1a5b80509fabbbb417662bb5c2172511.png't get it installed again.
