is there anyway can set spin down delay close between 8 am to 5 pm and open at other time?

i have 30 disk in my array, i want to save some energy. is there anway way i can set the spin down close at morning so i dont need wait the disk spin up when i need to use. and spin down open at night, so i can spin down the disk when i dont use.
