Hello,

Just but Unraid licence basic today 2024-04-13

Following instruction, I have created an USB stick with (USB Creator), plug it into the PC and reboot

But when click on redem, it said: Unable to redeem activation code for this GUID

But the USB-stick is mine and just formatted in FAT32 and created it with (USB Creator), why the redem is not working ?!

Even tried with (free trial) it do not work

Please help

    For any issue to do with licencing you will need to contact support, we cannot help in the forum.  You should get an automated reply when you do to confirm that the issue was raised with them.

     

    My suspicion is that the problem is to do with the GUID of the flash drive that you are using (e.g. it may not be unique).
