April 14, 20242 yr Community Expert I have a failed 6Tb parity disk in my array and have bought a replacement disk with about 3300 hours on it. So, I thought I would run a couple of preclear cycles to make sure its OK before putting it in the array. During the first cycle I got an email saying; Warning [UNRAID] - reallocated sector ct is 1 It is now running its second cycle and I have received an email saying; Warning [UNRAID] - reallocated sector ct is 8 When I preview the results I see this; Should I worry about these warning messages? Are they indicative that my 'new' disk is failing and also, given that Any advice appreciated as my array has been unprotected for a couple of weeks now and I am concerned in case I have another disk fail. Thanks Edited April 14, 20242 yr by SliMat
