[SOLVED] UnRAID HDD to Win7 PC, unrecognizable?

Hi,

 

I have a basic UnRAID server so far and my friend just bought a 3TB USB External HDD on Black Friday. We're trying to transfer the data to his external HDD but he's saying it isn't being recognized by Win7 in the 'my computer' area. He said it shows up in device manager but not in My Computer.

 

I am trying to find more information on this, but I swore that these HDD would be easily read by Windows and even Linux if necessary.

 

Can anyone help with the problem or pinpoint me to an area that explains this well?
