no login with correct password

Featured Replies

I have a strange problem.
I try to log in to unraud, enter the user and my password, but then I can't get any further and remain on the login page. If I enter an incorrect password, this is also displayed correctly (Invalid username or password).
All services in the background are running correctly, but I cannot log in.
If I turn off the power to the server completely and the server restarts, I can log in again normally with the same data.
A few days later and I can no longer log in.
What could be the reason for this?
Greetings Stefan

Are you changing SSL settings? The only cause I know of for what you are describing happens when you disable SSL, it can confuse your browser. To help prevent confusion, the webgui shows this message:

If you are sure that is not the cause, go to Settings > Syslog Server and temporarily enable "Mirror syslog to flash". The next time it happens:

1) clear your browser's cache to see if that helps

2) if not, reboot the server and upload your diagnostics (from Tools -> Diagnostics) here

Note: once you past this issue be sure to disable "Mirror syslog to flash" as it adds wear and tear to the flash drive
