plex not working, no port mappings since adding Notifiarr

I going through the instaalling notifiarr when i tried logging into plex and was immediatelly blocked. I researched it and noticed no port mappings, I attemted to log into plex on another computer and it refused to connect. Tried from my Ipad and was unsuccesful.I was able to log into my account from my android phone. Any suggestions. I attached my diagnostics report
