Cannot get audio passthrough working

I have my VM setup and running beautifully. The GPU is passed through and that is also working just fine. I've read a number of posts, including this one here

However, I still don't understand the instructions to passthrough audio in terms of which numbers I am replacing and with what!

I think this is the relevant bit of the XML (?)

I'm sure the answer to this must be obvious and I do apologise if I'm just wasting people's time, but I'm genuinely stumped.
