Reinstall unraid 5b13

I am having trouble figuring out what to do, and I thought I'd ask about wiping my flash drive and starting over.  I'd like some advice.

I recently built a new server (http://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?topic=16813.0) using a supermicro mb that has dual realtek nics.  It wouldn't run 4.7, so I upgraded to 5b13.  I got that running, added two drives, and off I went.  It was performing well, and I decided to try to set up pyTivo to share the videos with my Tivo.  I followed the instructions posted on the unraid boards here, and had two dead links.  I installed what I could, found an updated ffmpeg file, installed that, and it wasn't working.  Then I noticed that I had an hourly crond error, and asked for help on that - the suggestions were very brief and I don't understand how to do what is suggested there. So I thought it would be easier to simply start over.

My question is, what files do I need off of my current usb stick to transfer after I replace what is there with a fresh copy of 5b13?  I just want to retain my data and parity information; I can reinstall the basic packages like unmenu, that sort of thing.

I will set up a test rig later and learn how to get pytivo functioning before I do anything with my production rig.

Please help, and thanks!

basically, keep a copy of the config directory. Restore those files after you reformat/reload.
