Running mover script during parity checks

I have a recently implemented unRAID array. I am ready to install the package for running a monthly parity check but was wondering about potential conflicts between that parity check and the mover script for moving files from the cache drive. Specifically, if the mover script runs, moving files from the cache, during a parity check is there any danger of one interfering with the other. I suspect not but would rather make sure first.
