WOL problem

One day wol works, the next day it doesn't. Sending a wol command from any of the 6  computers in the house has no effect. I have tried different routers and a different motherboard for unRaid, but these did not work either. I even tried a different wol program. All bios settings seem correct.

 

Is there anything I should check in any of the files on the flash drive that might cause this behavior? I'm now thinking there might be a corrupt file on the flash drive. I did look at the network.config file and all the entries appear to be correct. I have taken this problem about as far as my knowledge will allow. Searches have not been much help.
