Media automation setup works perfectly, but has a hard time importing existing movies

Hi guys, if this is the wrong thread i'm sorry but I don't know where I should post this since there's so many apps involved. My problem is that I am trying to import my movies and series into Radarr and Sonarr so they can in turn rename all folders and files and add subfolders (if this is even possible?) where needed. But when I try there is multiple yellow triangles where it says "existing" or "no match found". In Jellyfin there is also some movies and series that can't find metadata for the thumbnail or title which means Radarr and Sonarr can't successfully rename all files and folders correctly. There's also some series that has multiple series per episode. How do I fix this? I have followed Trash guides and this guide from flemming's blog
