Which 5.0 Beta for a simple Plex server

Soooo I'm really looking to run Plex now so I need 5.0 ... I am on 4.7 now.  I don't have a SASLP card, I don't need anything apple related, i don't have an 8111E nic, I don't have any 3TB drives ...

 

So what is the best beta for me to use?  Is 14 ok or should I stick with 5.11 (lowest Plex compatible)??
