You should be able to get the system's diagnostics zip file created via ssh.  Posting that here might give us a chance to see what is going on.

Not sure what you mean, one license is good for any version, but for one server only, and you are using a cracked license.

isnt cracked, is a old verison.

It's still cracked, old versions don't turn free once a new one comes out.

 

 

 

There is no free version of Unraid v6 and you always need a valid licence.   The closest is a trial licence valid for 30 days which is free and intended to allow no users to evaluate whether Unraid meets their needs but has the time limitation built in.
