Zayvion Posted April 27 Share Posted April 27 Hello there, I'm looking for some assistance with an issue that I have recently encountered. I upgraded one of my parity drives from an 8TB to a 16TB, and then used the old parity to replace a smaller drive in my array. After rebuilding the data, one of my original 8TB drives had an error. I started to rebuild it, but during the process, I noticed some errors in the logs. I thought it could be a SATA cable issue, so I moved the cables around, but the error still persists. JorgeB Posted April 28 Share Posted April 28 Could be a power/connection issue, could also be the controller, controllers with SATA port multipliers are not recommended. Quote Link to comment
