Unable to format Clear Disks from Proxmox

i tried unraid instead of my Proxmox installation, but i can't format my old Proxmox Disks.

This are the error Message.

The other disk doesn't show a format there Stand "udev"

Itried to clear the disk but it doesn't work.

Hi i switched from Proxmox to Unraid but i can't format my cache DIsk. This was the System Disk of my Proxmox Server before.

1 Disk say udev and 1 Disk shows format but it occured an error
