motherboard: Asrock 880GM-LE

Featured Replies

I had this motherboard for a year with no problems... just 4 HD's....

I am planning to use 3TB for my next upgrades....  anyone here running 3TB's with no problems?  ;)

As far as I can tell the only difference between the 880gm-le fx and the 880gm-le is the difference in nomenclature and the support of am3+ processors. I plugged this motherboard in and my windows worked with no problems and without the need for reinstallation.

Ashaneil,

I have not had a chance to mess with the issue.  I plan on pestering Asrock, maybe they can point me in the right direction.

Cyber,

Were you able to get around the 12 hard drive issue or are you still stuck?

My issues was caused by the  INT13 setting on my Supermicro PCI Express x4 Low Profile SAS RAID Controller

the Asrock 880GM-LE does work with 3TB drives.  I just recently replaced my parity drive and added some to the array with no issues.
