May 1, 20242 yr Hi, I just did a fresh install, the log file is filled up quickly with this error. May 1 10:41:09 Tower smbd[6902]: [2024/05/01 10:41:09.567584, 0] ../../source3/smbd/smb2_server.c:663(smb2_validate_sequence_number) May 1 10:41:09 Tower smbd[6902]: smb2_validate_sequence_number: smb2_validate_sequence_number: bad message_id 0 (sequence id 0) (granted = 1, low = 1, range = 1) There was a user with similar issue, he found out enable NetBIOS would fix this issue, it did for me as well. However, I don't want to enable NetBIOS due to many security reasons. How can I disable this option without making log file is filled up all the time? Diagnostics file attached.
