I have some issues with my setup where by the server will hang and not respond to even a ping.

The only messages in syslog I can find are below, does anyone know what these are referring to?

To diagnose I've purposely limited the dockers I'm running but it seems to happen after a random period.

Macvlan call traces will usually end up crashing the server, switching to ipvlan should fix it (Settings -> Docker Settings -> Docker custom network type -> ipvlan (advanced view must be enabled, top right)), then reboot.
