May 4, 20242 yr hello, I am switching from an ancient system to a new one. I have swapped all drives and usb stick. When I put my original USB into my new system, I cannot get unraid to boot. System goes straight to bios. If I take a different usb and use the unraid installer the new system boots into unraid. What is the best way to proceed? I was under the impression I could just move my drives and usb and would be able to boot into unraid. Please help! Edited May 4, 20242 yr by socalupanddown
May 4, 20242 yr Community Expert Solution Is the new system booting using legacy mode or UEFI mode? If the latter make sure that there is a EFI folder on the flash drive with no trailing - character (rename it iif necessary).
