Server freeze after update to 6.12.10

I have a N100 System and update to 6.12.10 today and now the system freeze. It does not respond to ping requests. The display output is blank. Only a force shutdown with the power button shut the system down. After reboot the same issue happen again after 1-2 minutes.

 

Reboot in save mode change nothing the same issue happen after a few minutes. There is no version to downgrade available.

    After download the diagnostics and take the screenshot the system freeze seconds later and did not respond.
