vm couldn't start after modifying the cpu configuration

I installed a virtual machine with Windows 11, and it has been running fine all along. However, after I modified the CPU configuration and restarted, I couldn't start my virtual machine anymore. There were no error messages either. Is there any way to identify the problem? Or is there another way to view the logs?
