Accidentally hit the plug on a drive and now it's disabled, how can I remove that without completely rebuilding the drive?

Parity is updated in real time, so it reflects the current disks status.

I tried the xfs_repair and it didn't get past phase 1, something about not enough super blocks

Was this running from the GUI or the command line?   Your comment about not enough super blocks does not really make sense as only 1 valid one is needed.    Running from the command line it is very easy to get the command wrong, and then no superblock is found.

The drive is going bad or something, it just disabled again even after I switched cables. Would I be fucking myself over if I bought a new one?

If the emulated disk can be fixed it can then be rebuilt to a new drive.

This is what I get when running xfs_repair image.png.d607995daf4be62c432cc92e5c80ca52.png

If xfs_repair can't fix the emulated disk see if the actual disk still mounts.
