did AF preclear but the disk is not AF: is this a problem?

Hi, I missed AF was specific for AF hdd´s. I have done preclear on all my disks, and none are AF specific. Will I have any problem?

    4k-aligned formatting is appropriate for AF and non-AF drives. Format all new drives as 4k-aligned.

    No problem.

     

    Use 4k-aligned always and never jumper an EARS drive and you can't screw up.

     

    Try to decide depending on the drive and you'll eventually get it wrong.
