May 14, 20242 yr I am a new user, and I am unable to authorize my 30 trial period with my bootable usb drive. I am using version 6.12.10. When I tried to authorize my usb key, I kept getting the message saying "downloading", but then I get a message saying: "ERROR: 4" Further, I have deleted the Key file from the drive and I am still unable to logon to the server to attach my trial code. I am using a metal Sandisk 3.1 usb that is 64GB in size. I am obviously registered or I would not have been able to get into this forum to post a message. May 14, 20242 yr Community Expert Error 4 usually means a network problem, most often DNS related, try changing your DNS server to 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220 instead of using your router. Settings - Network Settings
