That won't work, check filesystem using the GUI, and run it without -n

Formatting will delete all the data in that disk, and a rebuild won't help.

 

Post the output of the check filesystem GUI window.

Problem fixed I upgrade my PSU from 400w to 650w now my unraid runs normaly, but i need to rebuild the data from disk 1

Since you formatted it, the table of contents for the drive is erased, so there is nothing to rebuild.

 

You may be able to get some data back using recovery software like https://www.ufsexplorer.com/

on the drive in another machine.
