Main screen shows errors on drive?? What to do

Hi everybody,

 

Yesterday (after changing from 4.6rc1 to 4.7) I've run the parity check and one of my drives indicated that there were 51 errors.

 

I've attached the syslog and the smart info of that drive.

 

If you can help me, please do because I don't know how to act regarding these errors.

    Replace the drive with a spare and run pre-clear on it an see how it does.

    I'm going to order a drive tomorrow and will replace the error-causing-drive asap.

     

    If anybody has some other ideas please let me know!!
