Do you have a backup anywhere?

If not then this section may prove useful from the online documentation accessible via the Manual link at the bottom of the Unraid GUI.  In addition every forum page has a DOCS link at the top and a Documentation link at the bottom.

Did you ever get a Diagnostics file for this server.  It has enough information to either rebuildyour server or to assist in figuring what drives were assigned where.

you can always use a live boot linux OS such as ubuntu to temp get a desktop to then use gpart / disks to mount the xfs / btrfs volumes to see and get your data.

zfs you will need to use zfs import comands to access the zpool.

data is still on disks...
