May 21, 20242 yr I purchased a licnese today, trying to follow the instructions to register, i copy the activation code from the invoice i than followed the instructions, to go to tools, than registration, and than "redeem activation code" however after clicking submit, it just sends me back to the purchase screen.
May 21, 20242 yr Community Expert Try using a different browser, and make sure no ad-blocker/firewall is installed, if that's the same try using your phone LTE network, not WiFi.
