May 22, 20242 yr So yesterday I upgraded my 10yo hardware and placed 2 new 4TB NVME drives in my server. Previously I was using a single 512GB SSD as a cache. I stopped the pool, set the drives to 3, and let them sync. Now I'd like to repurpose this 512GB SSD and delete it from the cache pool, but how would I do that? May 22, 20242 yr Community Expert Solution You can just stop the array, unassign the SATA SSD, and start the array to remove it, need to check the "I want to do this" box.
