I asked ChatGPT to build me a NAS

How did it do?

Eerily similar to the build I'm making, lol.

But it's choice of ram and reasoning is faulty.  That cpu supports ddr5 which you can get 1.1V such as crucial CT2K16G48C40U5 (32gb ddr5 4800)

Rest seems fine.  For an unraid but way overkill for pure nas only.

I'd be concerned with the board chosen as well. Get a board that's been in a warehouse for awhile and you'll end up with one that doesn't have the required BIOS update for 13th gen. This board doesn't have a way to update the BIOS without a cpu from the looks of it.
