Vm was working then gpu pass through

Featured Replies

Hi all, i'm new to unraid and have been struggling with a few things. I managed to get a vm up and running with blue iris working and disk passed through working well. I then realised that i was using a virtual gpu. I stopped the vm and selected the igpu then things went bad. The vm wont boot (stays on the ufei boot screen) even if i select the virtual gpu. Any ideas how to get it working even with the virtual one so i can keep the cameras going? heres the settings i'm using. Thanks

Bump 😊😊

I'm having a very similar problem. In my instance I can add the graphics as a second graphics card but can't "swap" from the VNC to the dedicated graphics. Hope one of us gets a solution that fixes both!

Haha let me know if you and I’ll also keep you updated. Looks like a new vm by the looks of that post

review:

to pass any gpu you need the kernal in use driver to be vfio.
you may also need to install the intel pulgin driver for the igpu...
