Freezing around 5 minutes after boot

My Unraid 6.12.10 is crashing soon after launch even when booting in safe mode.
I tried memtest and passed, I've tried a fresh install on a different USB.

There were no recent hardware changes but the power was recently turned off on the system without a proper stop on the array

Any help would be appreciated

If it happens with a new stock install it suggests a hardware issue, try with just one stick of RAM, if the same try a different one, that will basically rule out a RAM issue.

Tried 2 different slots with 2 different sticks of RAM and the issue persists.
Is it a Mobo/CPU issue then?

The problem was indeed a bad CPU.

Thanks for the help!
