Poor load times on games with VM

Hi all. I made a reddit post about my issue here:

 

 

Basically I'm having an issue with load times in my windows VM. Looks like no matter how I configure my disks. as long as I'm trying to load games in a VM, it still has the issue.

 

Would appreciate any help/insight. Thanks!
