Tyk Posted May 30 Share Posted May 30 Yet another question regarding HDD replacement. Had a failed Toshiba drive. Tried replacing the SATA cable, no change, drive failed. Tried doing an extended test, but for 48 hours it just said 10%, like it did when I first started the test. So stopped and gave up. Tried putting it in a windows machine and CrystalDiskInfo reported it with good health, but did not do a SMART test with the app though. Should I replace it?
