issue with system freezing up and having to cycle power to restart

this issue only appears to be happening while I am doing file transfers. it works for a while spock-diagnostics-20240531-1236.zipand then freezes. i have attached diagnostics. any help would be greatly appreciated. i am rather new to unraid.

memtest came back with pass, ive tried disabling docker and vms as well.

Only see this issue logged, if the problem was after this, try using a different NIC

I saw that too and switched the card out with an r8168 before I came to the forum but still had the issue. I appreciate you looking into this but in order to rule out disks, I had an old motherboard with an AMD Athlon II processor of all things and I swapped them out. The issue did not occur again so I abandoned the Intel MB and proc for a Ryzen 5. It has been working well since. Not sure what the issue with the Intel stuff was, that motherboard/CPU combo has been running a windows server for years now and Intel processor diagnostics have all passed. Thank you for looking into this.
