June 2, 20242 yr Dear All, Appreciate your help in advance. I have installed Unraid on about 4 machines and haven't had this issue before. Recently we picked up a brand New Dell T350, with 3x 8 TB SAS drives, and 4x 1.9tb m.2 ssd drives. The machine is all setup, everything is working except for two things. One of which is that the machine never was able to boot into GUI mode. I can vnc in, it does boot to command line mode, but there is not output (perhaps a cursor but I cannot see it, maybe off the screen). Tried googling and googling but cannot see the issue. It is booting in uefi mode (unable to change). No Legacy mode boot option per say. Has anyone ever got one of these machine working? Unraid version 16.12.10. Thank you for any help you can offer!

June 19, 20242 yr Community Expert Try blacklisting the Matrox driver, type in the CLI echo "blacklist mgag200" > /boot/config/modprobe.d/mgag200.conf Then reboot and post new diags if it still doesn't work
June 19, 20242 yr Author Hi, didn't work. Here's the new diag. rgiserver-diagnostics-20240618-2254.zip
June 19, 20242 yr Community Expert Diags confirm the GPU driver is blacklisted, I'm afraid that if the GUI mode doesn't work with or without the driver loaded, there's not much more to try, unless you have a dGPU you can use, if not, try again once the 6.13/7.0 beta is out, it will include a much newer kernel, so possibly the Matrox driver will also be newer.
June 19, 20242 yr Community Expert And make sure you unblacklist the driver before trying with the new beta, just delete that file from the flash drive.
