I don't know the steps for recovery and I have 20TB+ of data on disks. Please help, I have searched for documentation but all of it has moved or is no longer available. Drive crashed a few hours ago and no recover is working.

I assume you mean the Unraid boot drive?    If so then you may find this section of the online documentation accessible via the ‘Manual’ link at the bottom of the GUI or the DOCS link at the top of each forum page to be of use.  The Unraid OS->Manual section in particular covers most features of the current Unraid release.

in terms of backups of the flash drive did you have anything configured to create backups of the flash drive such as Unraid Connect plugin or the appdata backup plugin?    Have you checked to see if the flash drive is readable in another system (Windows or Mac).

Ya, no it's dead. Tried CHKDSK and DMDE and got absolutely nothing. 23 data error cyclic redundancy check, I assume the drive is toast. I already put in a ticket with unraid to transfer the license as that isn't working for me either.

If you are not certain of our drive assignments then you may find this section useful from the online documentation accessible via the Manual link at the bottom of the Unraid GUI.  In addition every forum page has a DOCS link at the top and a Documentation link at the bottom.
