Hi,

I recently bought this disk and am having trouble formatting it to use in the array. I have tried running a Preclear and it seems to hang around the 1-2% mark, but SMART check shows that the disk seems healthy.

I've attached the Preclear logs and system diagnostics.

USB troubles? We don't recommend USB for arrays disks or pools.

Hmm maybe? I'm using a brand new Terramaster D6-320 hard drive enclosure that's plugged in to a Beelink EQ12 with USB-C.

It's still USB, try connecting the disk to the onboard SATA and retest.
