Removed a drive that was showing in historical devices in Unassigned Device Plugin- Can I get it to show again

I removed two drives in the historical device area that I was still planning on using in error. Should they show up again when they are plugged in or do I need to do something to make them appear?

    Just plug them back in.  They will show in UD.
