Array not starting due do licence key

Featured Replies

Hi,

I have Unraid on my server, and after a reboot, the array does not start because it says invalid licence key. I was on free trial.

When I try to purchase a key, it gives this message:

Unraid OS Out of Date

Legacy versions of Unraid only support activation code redemptions for Basic, Plus, and Pro.

To redeem or purchase Starter, Unleashed or Lifetime licenses, please upgrade to at least Unraid 6.12.8 or later via Tools > Update OS in the Unraid webgui.

I then go to tools, update OS in the unrar web gui and it says:

Unraid OS Updates

Your Trial has expired

To continue using Unraid OS you may purchase a license key.

So neither i can buy a licence key, neither i can upgrade it because i don't have a licence key and also i cannot downgrade. So what do I do ?

You need to be on the latest release to have the current licence system supported.   If necessary you can do a manual upgrade using the process described here in the online documentation accessible via the Manual link at the bottom of the Unraid GUI.  In addition every forum page has a DOCS link at the top and a Documentation link at the bottom.
