January 5, 201214 yr Hello, I am just wondering if anyone has spoken with Tom over email recently? I've emailed him about moving a licence from a faulty USB stick to a new one but haven't had a reply at all, consequently my server has been out of action for a while now
January 5, 201214 yr I sent Tom an e-mail on 12/28/2011 in the morning requesting my 2nd USB Pro key and got a response from him later that same day.

January 6, 201214 yr Yeah, he helped me with some troubleshooting some time around Dec 30th or so. He's alive -A
January 6, 201214 yr I just upgraded from Plus to Pro and got a response quickly on the 1st to a follow-up email. May be worth pinging him, it probably slipped through the cracks.
