June 15, 20242 yr Hey, I'm trying to purchase a license since my trial expired. I attempted to purchase a license but it informed me the OS was out of date, but since my trial is expired it won't allow me to update. I tried to go through "trial extension" for 15 days, to update the OS, so I could purchase a license but was greeted with the following message... "Error: {"error":"GUID '0951-1666-E7A2-B3B1A94F0031' is already registered to another user"}" Not entirely sure what's happening here. Could someone please advise on how to proceed?

I seem to be having difficulty following the guide; Quote Manual upgrade using a network share or by putting the flash drive in another system Copy the URL of the unRAIDServer-version.zip file that you want from the Download Archive Unzip that file locally Access the 'flash' share on the server, or physically put the flash drive in the local computer If the previous directory does not exist on the flash drive, create it Move (not copy) bz* and changes.txt from the root of the flash drive to the previous directory, overwriting files as needed Copy bz* and changes.txt from the unzipped file to the root of the flash drive Reboot the server So I have downloaded the latest recommended release zip file on my Windows PC. I've unzipped it. When it says to access the "flash" share on the server, I either cannot find it or cannot access it (I can't start any shares on my array because the trial expired) - So I put the flash drive into my Windows PC - However i'm uncertain what it means when it says "If the previous directory does not exist on the flash drive, create it" - I'm not sure what it's referring to with "previous directory". Poking around the various directories nothing seems to be apparent to what it's referring to here. I appreciate the help! Bit of a learning curve to this for me!
June 15, 20242 yr Community Expert You simply need to copy all the bz* type files from the zip to the top level of the flash drive replacing the 9nes already there.

That worked perfectly, i've upgraded and it accepted my code! Everything is right in the world again. Thank you so much for your help!
