hwilker Posted January 6, 2012 Posted January 6, 2012 This is probably a stupid question but I want to do an unscheduled parity check and want to make sure it just checks and doesn't correct parity. The only button I see on the main screen is the "Check" button. Does the NOCORRECT option show up once you hit the "Check" button, or is there some other way to tell unRAID to do an unscheduled parity check with NOCORRECT set. Thanks.
lionelhutz Posted January 6, 2012 Posted January 6, 2012 In 4.7 or earlier you have to use unMENU or the command line. The betas apparently do a nocorrect by default and there is a selection box on one of the option pages where you can change it. Peter
hwilker Posted January 6, 2012 Author Posted January 6, 2012 Thanks. I am using 4.7 (sorry, I forgot to note that earlier). I found the proper button on the Array Management Tab. I had been looking at the unRAID Main Tab.
