June 19, 20242 yr I upgraded my Unraid hardware changing motherboard, CPU and ram and that went fine. But after logging on to the GUI I could see I did not have internet access only local network. I was getting this error "PI KEY: NETWORK_ERRORNETWORK: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND mothership.unraid.net" and after googling it it took me to a post that said it possibly was a corruption of the OS. I changed USB key and created a new USB stick with Unraid Flash creator. Copied the backup config from my desktop, still the same error. I downloaded the flash backup from my Unraid Connect account and after that the error was gone. Then went to try again to reactivate my license but every which way i try and recover it I get some error, screenshots attached. Once the server had regained internet access I figured I could reactivate my license and have even tried a new license but nothing works. really appreciate any help with this

Have as much detail about your old license purchase (registration E-mail address, GUID Number of the original flash drive and the new GUID number) as possible. Explain what your issues are with the auto update process and request their assistance to resolve the issue. https://unraid.net/contact
