NexusZero99 Posted June 23 Share Posted June 23 What are the benefits of having a four port nic over one port nic? my use cast is mostly using to stream jellyfin to devices on the network. i ask for i have a couple of cards laying around, and would like to know what the use cases for needing a four port nic. MAM59 Posted June 23 Share Posted June 23 Some will say "it is cool" but unless you have hundreds of computers in your LAN, there is no need for such a beast. Don't get fooled by terms like "bonding/port aggregation" and so on, they dont do what you expect from them. Quote Link to comment
