Unmenu not loading

Featured Replies

So I've got gotten started with unraid so I'm sorry if I've missed it. I've been trying to install unmenu, and while the install seems to go normally when I attempt to access it via port 8080 The pkg manager and the rest of the options don't load. I can't find it mentioned anywhere else on the forum if not, can someone share a link?

let me guess...

You are accessing your server by IP address.

You are accessing it from a MAC

How many did I get right?

Answer.... add an entry to your hosts file on the MAC (or PC) with your server's IP address.

(Use a static address on unRAID so it will not change when you reboot)

Thanks! Yah I've been cursing my mac lately, This worked completely thank you!

  • 2 months later...

Just wanted to chime in here that I had the same problem as the other user. None of the links would work and would redirect to my dns providor unknown website. I tried setting the static name in my hosts file and reboot but no dice. Only worked when I added the config mentioned in the link by Joe. I know it's only a few posts down from the op (who apparently is Joe as well) but it may be a good idea to add it in there. Either way thanks for the tips Joe as well as your work on unmenu!
