January 9, 201214 yr I have an Asus M4A78LT-M with unraid 4.7 until now S3 and wake was working perfect. After adding AOC-SASLP-MV8 on the pci-x 16 slot, server goes to sleep according to the settings from the specific script but when it wakes up with WOL , i dont have webinterface,network,or telnet connection....any ideas what might go wrong? I attached log file after temporalilly disable the S3 script and reboot the server syslog-2012-01-09.txt

February 4, 201214 yr Hi, I have the same motherboard and controller. I'm in the same boat as you. As far as I know, this controller card simply does not work with S3 sleep.
February 4, 201214 yr ...After adding AOC-SASLP-MV8 on the pci-x 16 slot... Makes no difference to the outcome in this case, but I think you meant pci-e (as in PCI Express), not pci-x (PCI eXtended - the 64 bit version of PCI).
February 8, 201214 yr Author ok typo mistake 1 x PCIe 2.0 x16 the outcome is the same wont resume from sleep
